We developed a custom four-bedroom, three-bath single-family home in San Anselmo, completing construction in 15 months from October 2021 to February 2023. The hillside property features tiered construction to maximize views and optimize the lot.

As our own general contractor, we managed all phases of construction and delivered the project on schedule and on budget. The completed home appraised at a 78% return on construction cost and remains in our rental portfolio, generating strong cash flow for our principals.
