We developed a 9-unit multifamily building in Hayward, completing construction in 18 months from groundbreaking to sale. The property included six two-bedroom units and three one-bedroom units, designed for the local rental market.

As our own general contractor, we managed all phases of construction and delivered the project on schedule and on budget. The development generated a 48% return upon sale in October 2024.
